USING DATA FOR A BUSINESS CASE TO APPROVE THE WRITABLE SURFACES LAUNCH
In this instance, video clips from qualitative research accompanied the business case to showcase customer interest in the new product proposal.
The Writable Surfaces program, that was approved after this research, was extremely successful with boosts in customer awareness and strong editorial interest (>100MM PR impressions upon launch). This program is still an important part of the business strategy years later.
